People Bloom’s Stance on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

People Bloom is made up of people from all walks of life. We acknowledge we didn’t all start from the same place. We’ve lived in different parts of the world, the country. Some of us are recovering perfectionists; others of us are super laid back. None of us are trained in the same graduate program. We all have clinical interests that are unique to us. While we continue to grow in our diversity as a practice, we honor the differences* that you bring in:

  • your age;

  • your generation;

  • your disabilities, whether visible, hidden, acquired at birth or later;

  • your religion;

  • your spiritual practices;

  • your color;

  • your ethnicity;

  • your race;

  • your culture;

  • your cultural practices;

  • your national origin;

  • your immigration status;

  • your language;

  • your body shape & size;

  • your sexual orientation;

  • your gender identity or expression;

  • your relationship identity or structure;

  • your relationship or family status;

  • your socioeconomic status;

  • your veteran status;

  • your occupation;

  • your political affiliation;

  • your geographical location and where you’ve lived;

  • and other intersecting identities that make you uniquely you.

We see you and we’re with you.
