Stress & Anxiety from Challenges at School, Work & in Interpersonal Relationships

*I’m accepting new clients for telehealth appointments.

Hi, I’m Ketaki. As a fellow human who went to school, currently works and has relationships with family and friends, stressors experienced in any of these domains are a relatable part of life. Sometimes though, they escalate to where we might need an outside perspective and assistance.

That’s where I come in.

I work a lot with people who, aside from the tension of straddling multiple responsibilities and expectations, experience the added stress of feeling like they need to prove themselves at work or school. Somehow, working hard is not enough. This can lead to professional or academic burnout, and a skewed work-life balance. It’s also hard to go through life unscathed given the ever changing political and economic climates. As you can imagine, these stressors can be taxing on any individual and can lead to more tension in intimate and family relationships.

As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping people through these life stressors, made unique by the immigrant experience for some. Whether you’re a student, someone new in your career, have established credibility in your community, or are trying to figure out what’s next, I’m here for you.

My style is supportive and gentle. I use a blend of evidence based practices that center your strengths and your lived experiences, while also taking into account the impact of larger contextual and systemic factors. I want to help you better manage your stress, improve your work/life balance, and advocate for the priorities and people that matter most to you.
